Hi folks,
As a result of having plenty downtime lately, I decided to make an effort to begin archiving some family photos - those that were sitting in the back of cupboards almost forgotten about, some in bad shape and others gathering dust.
As part of the project I've been scanning prints and negatives, digitising and, where needed, restoring them in the process.
The photo below is a before and after example of my late grandad Jim, during his national service back in the 50's at RAF Cardington. My gran has had this photo since way back when and it was much in need of a little tlc.
With the next few months looking to be uncertain work-wise, and being able to do this archival and restoration process safely at home and contactless too, I'll be offering up this service and making prices available via my site as of next week.
